Please complete this google form so that your child can be added to the PikMyKid database:

Please give us at least 24 hours to update the PikMyKid database. Twenty-four to 48 hours after completing the google form, you may download the app and create your account. Once you log in, your child will auto populate in the app for you. If you have tried to access the account before your child was entered into the database and the app is asking for a QR code, please log completely out of the app and wait to log in again until you have completed the google form and your child has been added to PikMyKid.

Some helpful tips to remember when submitting your volunteer application:
- Please complete entire form.
- Select the school(s) where you would like to volunteer (you can choose more than one school).
- Please make sure that you click the SUBMIT button.
